More about the Hawker 900XP
Like the Hawker 800 and 850 models, the Hawker 900XP is a derivative of the DH-125, which is the best-selling business jet of all time. The DH-125 made history in 1962 with its pioneering advances in the aviation industry. Ever since that point, the original aircraft has been continually developed and inevitably evolved into many of today's modern business jets. Although ownership of the aircraft has changed throughout the years, the continually innovative modern designs have stayed true to the aircraft's original legacy. The Hawker 900XP is a great representative of the constant advances of aviation technology. Improving upon the already modernized Hawker 850, the 900XP improves upon its predecessor's strengths in virtually every way. Upgrading performance, fuel efficiency, comfort, and aerodynamics, the 900XP combines modern innovation with time-tested reliability. The Hawker 900XP is an excellent transcontinental midsize business jet with enough range to succeed in many intercontinental missions as well.

Key Features of the Hawker 900XP
With impressive internal cabin dimensions of 21' 4" length, 6' width, and 5' 9" height, the Hawker 900XP offers its passengers stand-up headroom, ample legroom, and increased freedom of movement. Edging out competitors, the 900XP features an astounding cabin volume of 604 cubic feet, which is larger than any other aircraft in its category. Passengers aboard the Hawker 900XP will be sure to appreciate its comfortable club seating arrangement with retractable worktables, ample storage space, LCD lighting, touch-screen seat controls, and fully-adjustable seats. Additionally, twelve windows offer natural lighting to increase atmospheric comfort during daytime flights. The cabin has optimized comfortable seating arrangements for up to eight people, but can seat a maximum of fifteen passengers in a high-density configuration. Considering its impressive range, it's fortunate that Hawker has put forth so much effort towards ensuring that the 900XP's interior cabin is as comfortable as possible for longer flights.
Capabilities of the Hawker 900XP
The Hawker 900XP utilizes two specially-designed Honeywell TFE731-50R engines, which each provide 4,660 pounds of thrusting power. These new engines offer several advantages over the older 850XP's engines, including increased maximum altitude and climb performance. Similar to the 850XP however, the 900XP features the advanced, but intuitive Collins Pro Line 21 avionics suite. This provides four 8x10 inch adaptive monitors, which display navigation, weather, TAWS (terrain awareness warning systems), EGPWS (enhance ground proximity warning systems), and RVSM (reduced vertical separation minimum). All these features working together serve the dual functionality of reducing pilot workload, while also increasing pilot awareness. Hawker has always been a reliable manufacturer in terms of safety and reliability and it is always comforting to fly in an aircraft with such a prestigious brand name. The Hawker 900XP has many things going for it, including superb performance, comfort, and fuel economy making it an attractive option for virtually any private traveler.
