More about the King Air 350i
The King Air 350 is a stretched version of the 300 model and by extension, a derivative of the original B200 model. The original 350 was certified in 1990, with the 350ER certified in 2007, and finally the 350i certified in 2010. The evolution from the 200 series to the 300 and in turn, the 350 model is a result of Beechcraft's willingness to continually build upon their previous successes. With each new model improving upon its predecessor while laying the foundation for its descendents, the prestigious manufacturer has found a consistent formula for success. During the development of the 350, the 300 model was stretched nearly three feet, which allowed for four extra cabin windows and additional cabin capacity, among other significant improvements including a state-of-the-art noise-canceling system. Today the King Air 350 is available in several different versions including the prominent 350ER and 350i variants. These designations indicate significant changes to the performance characteristics and passenger cabin and of the aircraft.
